The Newport Cornhole Board Limited Run

Our original design, built with character.

Bring the timeless fun of American Saturdays to your backyard with our Newport Cornhole Board — a sturdy, dependable companion made for good times and great company. Built from true marine-grade plywood and finished with our signature SailForm Shape™, each board features gently curved edges and a framed silhouette inspired by the clean lines of traditional nautical design.

Each deck is fitted with a precision-cut aluminum ring insert — engineered for smooth bag play and finished with a brushed polish that lends a clean, classy look. For easy carrying, we've added a heavy-duty canvas handle strap, complete with custom star-and-stripe bolts.

Before they leave the workshop, the boards undergo our DeepSeal™ Test — a 72-hour boiling water submersion that simulates years of wear and tear in harsh conditions for marine-grade durability and long-lasting performance.

This is how the reimagined cornhole board ought to be: solid, good-looking, and ready for years of use — whether you’re playing by the shore or in your own backyard.

Newport

A coastal icon, born from racing tradition.

The Newport board takes its name and spirit from Intrepid, the legendary 12-Metre Class yacht that won the famed America’s Cup in 1967 and again in 1970. A marvel of its time, Intrepid was known for its sleek design, breakthrough innovations, and competitive dominance. Today, she remains docked in Newport, Rhode Island — a town synonymous with sailing tradition and home to some of the most prestigious regattas in the world.

The Newport Cornhole Board draws directly from that legacy. Its finish features the signature aqua blue of Intrepid’s deck — a color that captures the calm of open waters and the thrill of racing wind. Brass-inspired accents nod to the polished fixtures found aboard classic yachts, blending nautical precision with timeless style.

To own this board is to hold a piece of American sailing history. Built from true marine-grade plywood and shaped with our signature SailForm™ silhouette, it’s crafted for durability, beauty, and performance — just like the boat that inspired it.

The Deepseal test

Our boards undergo the DeepSeal Test, where the deck is fully submerged in 212°F boiling water for 72-hours. This test simulates harsh conditions to ensure each board meets our standard of weather resistance and durability.

Sailform shape

Each board is handcrafted and sculpted by artisans with over 20 years of experience to achieve our signature SailForm Shape. Curves have never looked this good.

Came across American Saturdays on instagram and decided to try this corn hole board out. I have to say this is the best board on the market, the craftsmanship is second to none. You can immediately tell that they care about quality with their products. The marine grade plywood is a huge plus, I have left this board outside for a month now and has not shown any signs of ware or rare. Highly recommend!

I was able to use the board on Fourth of July and I wa pleasantly a couple for a couple of reasons.

A)The look. It’s fantastic aesthetically and looks great in the sun, which is perfect for those sunny summer days.
B) easy to move. Although it’s made of real wood, it’s not super hard to move around which I think is a big plus. The handles being easily accessible and out of the way are great.
C)The beanbags. Easy to throw, good weight and have a stick/slick side really helps to improve some of my throws depending on what’s happening on the board.

Was pleasantly surprised when I used the board and would recommend to all who have summer plans this year.

I’ve owned a lot of cornhole boards over the years and none of them compare to these. The curved edges are such a nice touch — no more scraped shins. And the material feels solid and weather-resistant. You can tell it’s not just thrown together.

This is hands down the best cornhole set I’ve ever owned. I brought it to the beach for a day with family and friends, and it quickly became the highlight of our outing—we couldn’t get enough of it! It’s incredibly easy to transport, making it perfect for taking anywhere. I chose the driftwood finish, and not only is it exceptionally sturdy and smooth, but it’s also absolutely stunning on the sand and by the water. If you’re looking to elevate your summer gatherings, this set is worth every penny. Highly recommend
