Slick
Use the slick side to slide into the hole. This side of the bag will slide fast, but will also be vulnerable to being pushed off the board by other bags.
Sticky
Use the sticky side if you want the bags to "stick" to the board. Zero to minimal slide for conservative, defensive play.
